Shipping Policy
Playhouse kits ship within 7-10 days via freight carrier. We will email you the tracking number as
soon as it is available. The delivery company will call to arrange a convenient time for you to
accept delivery. You will need to have two people to help unload the playhouse when it arrives.
You will snip the bands and take it off piece by piece, with the heaviest pieces being floor pieces
which weigh roughly 40 lbs. If you wish, you may add lift-gate service for an additional $100 in
which case the entire unit is unloaded in one piece. The driver is not obligated to help you unload
the package.
Return and Refund Policy
We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to remedy
any situation that arises with our playhouses. We will accept returns within 30 days of order. The playhouse must be shipped back at your full
purchase price less the shipping charges. Upon receipt and inspection of the playhouse, we will refund your
full purchase price less the shipping charges. The playhouse must be shipped back in like new condition.
